All purchases can be made only on our website (www.bigluvvllc.com) The normal turn around shipping time is between seven and 21 business days.
Some orders may become back ordered in which the customer will be informed within the first 48 hours after purchase. Each item is custom made so the processing can be lengthy at times. We appreciate your patience with your BIGLUVV items!
All purchases made are final and nonrefundable after seven business days starting on the day of purchase. (Some exceptions may apply)
REFUNDS CAN TAKE UP TO FIVE BUSINESS DAYS OR MORE DEPENDING ON YOUR PERSONAL BANKING.
Please note at times payments take up to 7 business days to process so we DO NOT begin working on items until payments have been successfully processed. Once you receive your ORDER INVOICE email from BIGLUVVLLC that is confirmation that your order has been successfully processed.
